If you wish to make a return you must inform us in writing by email within 14 days of delivery. When making a return you must send the item using recorded delivery and with appropriate insurance as we can not be held responsible for items missing or damaged.

You will be given the option of an exchange or we will refund your payment minus postage. We do not refund postage costs unless the item is faulty. We aim to reimburse you within 7 working days. Refunds will only be issued if item is returned in unused/same condition it was delivered in. Refunds can only be made to your original payment method (Paypal or credit/debit card).
