2025 Christmas Delivery Options

Last order date for standard Christmas delivery is Midnight 18th December. This is earlier than normal to allow for recent delays with Royal Mail’s service.

Special delivery options are available after this date. Last posting date for Special Delivery is Tuesday 23rd December, so get your order in before 12pm on this day.

If you are unsure about any delivery options please contact us as we are happy to help suggest the best delivery method for you.

Click and collect is also available from the Gallery up until 4pm on the 23rd December.

If you live locally to the Perranzabuloe area we are happy to take Christmas orders up until 11am on Christmas Eve. We will hand deliver these orders. Contact us for more details or to see if your address is within our delivery area.

Payment

We accept all major credit/debit cards, as well as Paypal. You will be taken to a secure page to complete your transaction. Postage costs are added at the checkout. As we ship worldwide, all payments are processed in pounds sterling ( £) and will be converted to your own currency by your card company or PayPal after you have made the payment through our website. 

Delivery

We try to offer free UK delivery on as many items as possible, however with increasing costs this is being constantly reviewed. Delivery costs outside of the UK are calculated at the checkout. Please be advised that some fragile or bulky items will incur a delivery cost.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days and will send out via a recorded delivery service as soon as possible. As a guide UK recorded deliveries take 2-3 working days, Europe 5-10 working days and for the rest of the world approximately 5-15 working days. Shipping costs will be calculated prior to payment at the check out.

New GPSR rules are coming in to place on 13th December 2024 which will mean we will no longer be able to ship items to the EU and Northern Ireland. We apologise for this but due to rising costs and unclear guidlines, as a small business we can’t afford to meet their stricter regulations and high costs.

The majority of items will be sent by Royal Mail unless a special courier service is required. Postage price is based on size and weight of the item. Valuable items will be sent Recorded or Special Delivery with insurance and tracking. For large or heavy parcels we are likely to use a courier service.

Please bear in mind most items are handmade and from small editions so we may sell out of certain items at particularly busy periods. In this case we will advise you of a delivery date. Please get in touch if you require a parcel to arrive by a certain date or if you require next day delivery.

We are based just outside of Perranporth in Cornwall and often hand deliver items in this area. If you require an item urgently do get in touch as we will always do our best to help get what you need on time.

We also offer a click and collect service from the gallery in Perranporth. Simply select the option at the checkout.

Home Viewing

If you would like to view an item before purchase we offer a home viewing service. This can be simply to see the artwork up close or to discuss and view framing options. Approximate delivery costs for Europe, United States & Australia

United States: Shipping costs start at £65 and will be calculated at the checkout.

Australia: Shipping costs start at £110 and will be calculated at the checkout.

Europe & Norther Ireland: From 13th December 2024 shipping to these areas will be suspended due to high costs and strict GPSR regulations coming into force.
