Perranporth Ceramic Bauble is hand painted by Diane Griffiths, a contemporary British artist living and working in Newquay, Cornwall. Having worked most of her life in London she made the move to Cornwall several years ago. This allowed her to create a better work-life balance and allowed her to focus more on her painting which she loves.
Specialising in Cornish landscapes, Diane manages to capture them in her impressionistic style that involves a clever use of colour and texture. In addition to this Diane is most inspired by the vast open skies that stretch over the ocean. She enjoys capturing these awe-inspiring scenes on canvas.
Diane typically works on square canvases and uses a broad range of materials that include; oils, acrylics and enamels. As a result this wide range in materials allows her to play with colour and reflects the ever-changing landscape of Cornwall.
Due to the fragile nature of the bauble there is a postage charge for this item.
